after 1 week of house self 30min workout~ so ta da this my obvious result. now still can be so excited to see the obvious result as it still at the beginning stage. As we know, after everything reach normal level, things will be more challenging d.. need higher impact exercise by then... so now is more to build the stamina first, after one month, if allowed, can increase the exercise intensity... as long as i can keep my consistency... that's main challenges actually~
